Convenient location near by the metro and easy access to most attractions at the centre. Very pleasant and helpful staff, specifically Guy who was wonderful. Hotel room clean and comfortable, had everything required for a pleasant stay.

Great location, close to the Messe conference hall (about 10-15 min walk). Nice bed and good shower. The air conditioning was broken but i got to change rooms and go to a room where it worked very well. That room was also very quiet but at the expense of the view.

Good location, friendly lady at the reception. Overall the hotel offers everything that you will need, but it doesn’t shine with anything in particular. The room was clean and adequate. We asked for late checkout and the people at the reception helped us.

Great location, very quite, near a park, where kids could enjoy some time for themselfs. The Hotel is 5 mins away from Vorgartenstraße metro station (U1) which is a direct line to the city center. The breakfast was very good, varied, a good start in the morning. The reception personnel was very good intended, and had excellent english skills, which helped a lot. It was clean.

Room was nice and spacious, with a cute balcony looking at the busy Prater amusement park. We could see one of the attractions from the window! The area is still pretty quiet. Location is a bit off from the city center but still a pleasant 30min walk if your feet are up for it. 10min walk to vibrant Prater station where you can find a supermarket open until 10pm and catch a train to anywhere. Breakfast was a bit basic, but it had strudel, staff was very helpful and kind. Room had most of desired amenities - kettle, complimentary tea and coffee, fridge etc :)

Everything during our stay was good: the room was clean, and the staff was welcoming; we particularly liked the breakfast. We travelled with my 6-year-old child, and the hotel is family-friendly. The staff left a treat for our child in the bedroom on Christmas day, and I think it was really thoughtful to do this. The hotel is close to Wien Prater Park and Prater metro station, it was easy to move around. I recommend the stay.

Good location near metro station, easy access to VIC and near Praterstern, which provides good connection to airport. With metro fast connection to city center. Good price for this room. Room was quiet and clean. Small room, but it had kettle, fridge and small selection of coffee and tea, which was very nice.

The room is nice and clean, it has necessary faciliites to make your stay comfortable. The hotel is located in a residential area and thus it's very quiet and pieceful, about 10 min walking distance to the metro/REX. My choice was driven by location and I may stay here again if I need this very city area.

The location was perfect for me as i came to Vienna for the sport competition nearby. The staff very friendly and nice, everything clean and of nice quality. Loved the breakfasts: everything needed for the healthy start of the day. The room is not too large, but equipped with everything that might be needed during the stay.

At first when I entered the main entrance and the lobby I was very impressed, it is very modern and very clean. I thought to myself wow this Hotel looks great so far, hopefully my room is as nice. I was greeted by a friendly Hotel clerk who spoke very good English which made me feel at ease. It was super easy to book-in and it only took no more than 10 minutes. Once I received my door card I was given instructions how to get to my room and shown where the elevator was. Yes the room was very nice, very modern, well kept and everything looks brand new, small but not overly small after all I've picked a single room. Things such as internet (password was supplied with entry card) and hot water and comfy bed and a desk for my computer were all great. The room was very quiet with no disturbing noises.
